Adrian Finol is a software engineer at Valve, creators of Counter-Strike, Half-Life, Steam and more. Prior to joining Valve, Adrian worked as a freelance game designer in his native home of Venezuela. In addition to lending his talents to third party projects, he created the tactical combat game Front Line Force as a modification for Half-Life in 2001. Since joining Valve in 2002, Adrian has contributed to the development of Half Life 2, and HL2 Episodes 1 and 2, Team Fortress 2, Counter-Strike: Condition Zero and lead development on Half-Life 2 Deathmatch.

Dustin Hansen’s career in the game industry spans over fourteen years, but his love of creating computer art dates back to the early 1980s, when he started making computer-based art on his Texas Instruments 994A home computer. He has been a gamer and artist ever since. He has published titles on every major platform since the SNES and has worked as an Art Director on projects for Sony, Microsoft, and EA. Two years ago, he started Polystew – an art outsourcing group in Salt Lake City, Utah. Since then, he has continued to produce assets for EA and Sony. Most recently, he started up a new company, Balcony Games, again in Salt Lake City, which is in the early stages of production on a new game title. |

Gabe Miller has worked in the games industry for over 11 years, and has worked in numerous facets of art and production during that time. He has been involved with more than 25 game SKUs, ranging from early voxel-based fighting games on the PC to to numerous versions of Madden Football, to unannounced games. Currently, he is the senior producer on a game at Double Fine that he assures everyone will be “unfathomably awesome”. |

Graeme Bayless is the President of Kush Games, a division of 2K Sports which itself is a wholly owned subsidiary of Take Two Interactive, has been directing computer game development for 20 years, and has been in game development for nearly 30 years. He has worked on over 70 games in his extensive career, and has worked on nearly every type of game and platform… ranging from military simulations to action games, from RPGs to sports games, and from interactive films to strategy games. Graeme has been a Programmer, a Producer, a Director, a Lead Designer, and even a QA Manager in his career. He has worked for such companies as Sierra, Sega, Electronic Arts, EIDOS, and now 2K Sports. Graeme is a self-admitted (and proud) gamer geek, and when he’s not at work pouring over budget spreadsheets and planning docs, he can be found playing nearly every type of video and PC game on the market. Beyond computer games, Graeme is a board/miniatures/”paper” gamer, a movie nut, an avid reader, and an astronomy enthusiast. Graeme lives in Ventura, CA with his ever-patient wife and two Bullmastiff dogs. |

Oge Young has been in the games industry for over ten years, including stints at companies including Electronic Arts and Midway. He has production credits on 14 titles, with combined sales of over 30 million units. He is currently at Midway Austin producing BlackSite: Area 51, a first-person-shooter for Xbox 360, PS3, and PC shipping this Fall.

Scott is currently a senior programmer at THQ’s KAOS Studios, and is deep into production on the upcoming title Frontlines: Fuel of War, scheduled for release in January of 2008 on PC, Xbox 360, and PS3. Previously, he worked at EA’s Tiburon Studios, as an engineer on titles such as Madden 2002 Madden 2003, NCAA 2003, Madden 2006 for the Xbox 360, and NFL Street 1 and 2. He first caught the game design bug working on mods for Quake 2 and Unreal.
