i'm pretty sure pressing down the trigger (left-click) cocks the ball back in your hand and after that you either just release or press the trigger again and the ball is thrown.

I've played this Mod. It was fast paced and fun. I loved the game play. If your not into Dodge ball you probably wont like this mod. LOL.
