This mod allows the player to gain ownership of an inn in the Ascadian Isles
region, along the road between Pelagiad and Balmora, and earn a steady profit
from it.
The inn includes an innkeeper who will manage the inn for you, a room for you
to sleep in free of charge (of course, since you are the owner), and of course
one of those ever-popular nude dancing girls (after you do a quest). :) There
is plenty of storage space, so you can use this as you regular house, if you
choose. I have placed shelves in the common area on the main floor, so you can
display your treasures in full view of the inn's patrons.
I have also included an extra quest where you get to hire some guards to stand
watch over your inn, seeing as how there are a couple creature spawn points |
