To install, just unzip to your \My Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 4\Saves\WorldBuilder directory. Just download, unzip, and put the .Civ4WorldBuilderSave files in the \My Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 4\Saves\WorldBuilder directory. Then start any MOD you want them in and go to Custom Scenario and pick and choose from there.
