Error message:"Microoft Visula C++ Debug Library"

i have just downloaded the UT2004 mods but when i click on the play link it doesnt work,and gave me this pop up error message "Microoft Visula C Debug Library"????(i downloaded mods from gameflood download manager)

Hi olricomnio, Sorry that your having problems with the download manager. Could you specify which UT mod you were trying to download?
